About Turtle Child Products
Turtle Child Products was started up in 2005 with the idea to give child carseats a second life. We noticed that many people prefer a second hand carseat, though the only problem might be a worn-out seat cover. Turtle Child Products wants to break into this market by delivering covers of good quality for a more than reasonable price.
Prices and deliveries
The prices that are mentioned in this webstore are all in Euro’s and exclusive of shipping costs. For deliveries outside the EU we recommend to you to contact our customer service:

Most of the products that are displayed on this site can be delivered from stock. As soon as we have received your order, we will process it immediately.
If the product of your choice is in fact not in our stock, we will make sure to deliver the goods within 2 weeks (Netherlands) or 3 weeks if the address is outside the Netherlands (EU countries).
Should it happen that your product is not delivered within this period, you may cancel the order. To do so please contact our customer service by e-mail:

Deliveries within the Netherlands are being sent through TNT Post. If you are not at home to receive the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up at the nearest post office.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands (EU countries) will be send by registered mail.

There are three ways to pay for your order(s):

To pay in advance for your order you have to follow these two simple steps:
- 1st step .... order confirmation
Right after placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please read this e-mail thoroughly.
- 2nd step .... making the money transfer
The e-mail also shows our bank account details which you need in order to make the money transfer.
As soon as we have received the money transfer, we will process your order.
2. prepay / pay in advance by Paypal
If you have an account at Paypal, you can also make the money transfer to our Paypal account.
When sending your order details, make sure that Paypal is selected as the payment method and you will be automatically forwarded to the Paypal website.
3. credit card
If you would like to pay by credit card, we have a special account for that too at Paypal.

Privacy policy
We do not share information about our customers with third parties, with exception of those who are in some way involved with regard to your order placement. (for example: the parcel delivery service)
